Corporate Sponsorships
Corporate sponsorships programs create impactful and charitable relationships for both the corporate sponsor, and hungry neighbors in the communties the Food Bank serves.
Corporations and community organizations in Elkhart, LaPorte, Kosciusko, Marshall, St. Joseph, and Starke Counties can play a vital role in helping the Food Bank feed our hungry neighbors.
Corporate sponsorships enables the Food Bank to get food to those who need it most through the Food 4 Kids Backpack Program, Mobile Food Distribution Program, and Senior Nutrition Program Additionally, corporate sponsorships are also available to support overall programming.
Schedule a tour at the Food Bank’s main service center in South Bend to learn how we sort and pack food for distribution in our six-county service area and operate the Community Food Pantry of St. Joseph County, the largest pantry in our six-county service area.

Food Donors
According to Feeding America, in the United States, people waste 92 billion pounds of food annually – the equivalent of up to 145 million meals.
If you are a food distributor, manufacturer or retailer, you can help feed hungry neighbors throughout northern Indiana.
Designate an amount: Choose an amount of product to donate each week/month/year.
Repurpose product that falls just shy of store standards: An estimated 20 billion pounds of fruits and vegetables are discarded or left unharvested each year. Consider donating lumpy, bumpy and ugly produce and dry goods that don’t make the cut.
Grow a row to designate for our hungry neighbors: Donate harvested product.

Food Drives
Hold a food drive to help the Food Bank restock our shelves. .
The generosity of businesses, community organizations and neighborhoods throughout our communities help us restock our shelves throughout our communities in Elkhart, Kosciusko, LaPorte, Marshall, St. Joseph and Starke Counties. .
- Setting a target for the amount of food and/or funds to be raised will generate momentum for your drive (your food/funds drive can be an engaging, team-building activity)

- Announce your totals and celebrate your success
The Food Bank of Northern Indiana will provide collection barrels for your food drive. We deliver and pick up. Additionally, we can provide you with a list of most needed food itesm. .
